P. Feder called a meeting of the Real Estate Committee of KIPP SoCal Public Schools to order on Tuesday Jan 17, 2023 at 3:00 PM.

Approve Minutes
J. Miller made a motion to approve the minutes from Real Estate Committee Meeting on 07-25-22.
E. Kavounas seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Real Estate Acquisitions
A.
Discussion & Vote Regarding Potential Real Estate Acquisition at 900-940 E. Compton Boulevard, Compton, CA
P. Feder made a motion to Allow KLARE Holdings to enter into a Purchase Sale Agreement and place an escrow deposit for the acquisition of vacant property at 900-940 E. Compton Blvd, Compton CA.
J. Miller seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. Real Estate Updates

Update on Active and Potential Projects
E. Hagstrom provided updates on active construction projects, projects in the pre-construction development phase, and projects in escrow.
