E. Kavounas called a meeting of the Finance Committee of KIPP SoCal Public Schools to order on Thursday Jun 2, 2022 at 2:02 PM.

C. Bermudez made a motion to approve the minutes from KIPP SoCal Finance Committee Meeting on 05-06-22.
N. Maldonado seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

KIPP SoCal FY22-23 Budget Preview
D. Chao and K. Salyer presented the proposed FY 2022-2023 budget. Discussions ensued in regards to expanded learning opportunity program, legislative updates and long term sustainabilty.
C. Bermudez made a motion to recommend the budget to the board.
N. Maldonado seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
