Following on several budget workshops, including two meetings with leadership team on academic needs and structure, and two separate committee workshops, draft budget discussion to finalize recommendations to the Board.  Draft budget incorporates estimates for increases in benefits expense (using projections from brokers), salary increase estimates, among other changes to ensure solid academic programming and financial stability.  Draft budget moves toward the Board vision of a 6-12 academy model.  Reminder: this is the Committee's recommendation to the Board.  Full Board vote expected in June.
