B. Warren called a meeting of the board of directors of Royal Public Schools to order on Friday Nov 8, 2024 at 2:10 PM.

II. OLD BUSINESS

A.

Consider and Take Action on CEO Compensation (in Executive Session)

H. Vu made a motion to to approve the CEO's compensation as discussed in the executive session.
R. Tijerina seconded the motion.

At 2:14 PM, the board chair called to enter the executive session. After a lengthy discussion, the executive session ended at 2:47 PM.  The voting took place in open meeting.

The board VOTED to approve the motion.

III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting

R. Tijerina made a motion to adjourned the meeting.
H. Vu seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 2:52 PM.
