B. Warren called a meeting of the board of directors of Royal Public Schools to order on Wednesday Jul 24, 2024 at 5:01 PM.

Review and Take Action on Board Financial Reports
A. Saavedra made a motion to approve the financial reports as presented.
H. Vu seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
III. NEW BUSINESS
A.
Review and Take Action on the Resolution of Texas Credit Enhancement Program Application
H. Vu made a motion to authorize Dr. Tarim to execute and submit the TCEP application and any related agreements.
A. Saavedra seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
B.
Review and Take Action on Selection of Construction Company (Closed Session)
H. Vu made a motion to award the contract to Broadway Construction as the lowest and most qualified company to build a new Middle and High School building from the ground up.
A. Saavedra seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
