personnel matters as authorized under RSMo 610.021(3) (hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting of employees) and RSMo 610.021(13) (individually identifiable personnel records).

Returned to open session 5:59pm---minutes could not be approved from June & September because they need to be confirmed and submitted for voting approval on 11/26/25.

Motion to approve the minutes from St. Louis Voices Academy of Media Arts Regular Board Meeting on 10-29-25.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

2. Safety Plan: Motion detectors on cafe steps and alarm sensors on doors going to cafe
and back doors installed --- alerts are sent to Dr. West and Mrs. Taylor phone when
children are on back/cafe steps --- long term solutions to be implemented upon approved
scope of work by the board
a. Dr. West recommendation is for it to be completed in phases based on budget
b. Dr. West recommendation is for the owners to support these changes financially
