Procedures for Petitioning the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors welcomes public comment from families, staff, and community members. Individuals wishing to address the board during public comment sections of an open board meeting must submit a one-page brief of their issue or topic before the meeting begins. Each speaker will be allotted up to two minutes to share comments related to the agenda or the mission and operations of St. Louis Voices Academy of Media Arts. Briefs should be sent to the Board via email: board@stlouisvoicesacademy.org. The Board of Directors will respond to the briefing with either inclusion on the agenda for a board meeting, a written response, or a referral to the School Leadership.
