Michael O'Malley called a meeting of the Future Visions Committee of Eno River Academy to order on Monday Mar 2, 2020 at 5:35 PM.

Goal #1:
Why is PATH under Goal 1
1.1.Who is in annual fund rollout group? Consider dedicated person needed. Joint position for communications and development.
1.2 Move to community building under Goal 5
1.3 Are we self-funding athletics or are these other dollars? We now have an AD. They should be the who. What about other boosters like Orchestra that function similar. Development of a Boosters Structure overall.
1.4 Engineering, Arts, Athletics. Does boosters fundraising go through STEAM
1.5 Almost done - building purchase
1.6 Fundraising events goes to annual fund and move community to goal 5

Should this be on a strategic plan vs an individual development plan?
Is Goal 2 supporting Goal 3 given the importance of faculty (for example, we tried to hire faculty, etc.) Competencies in specific areas.
2.2 Are these competitive salary ranges, competing for talent, rather than reward and dedication, market rates. Are we adhering or exceeding state salary standards? On par or above the state? Salary norm.
