Dave has been an ERA parent of five children since 2015.
He brings to the board expertise in strategy development and governance based on his 20 years of experience as a life science business executive. His work spans areas such as AI and data strategy, partnerships, leading a consulting service, commercial analysis, and corporate strategy.
Dave has a long background supporting students and advocating for change in education. He has taught HS mathematics, coached HS soccer, led state-level STEM and equity reform initiatives, and consulted with NC DPI on curriculum and testing. He has also served on advisory teams at Immaculata and NCSSM.
Dave holds an MBA from Duke, an MEd from Vanderbilt, and a BS in mathematics from Penn State. He lives in Durham, NC with his wife and five children and enjoys the outdoors and cooking.

Jeremy Greene

Jeremy and his wife Kelly have 3 boys, 2 of which have already graduated from ERA and the youngest will graduate in the class of 2029. After graduating from Northern Durham HS, Jeremy went in the United States Air Force where he served for 4 years as a F-15E Strike Eagle Crew Chief. After a Honorable Discharge Jeremy obtained his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license to continue his aviation career beyond just the military. After a short stint at Midway Airlines in the late 90's Jeremy moved on to General Aviation where the focus was more of a Mon-Fri 8-5 sort of job with family being the main focus. Jeremy additionally obtained his FAA IA (Inspection Authorization) certificate in 2016 and has been employed with University of North Carolina working as an Aircraft Technician since 2009. Jeremy has served on the ERA Board of Directors since 2021 as Treasurer and currently Vice Chair. Jeremy's interests include serving on short term mission trips with his wife through his church Crosslink Church Mebane, working on his cars and attending car events with his son, watching sports, playing golf, getting away to the beach, and spending time with his family.
Adam Haber

Adam Haber serves as the head of analytics and reporting for enterprise lending at First Citizens Bank. In his current role, Adam is leads an organization responsible leveraging data to shape enterprise lending strategy for the bank's $200bn in assets. In prior roles Adam has led teams focused on data analytics, credit strategy, M&A due diligence, and has served as a lender for middle market and high net worth borrowers.
Adam brings expertise in strategic leadership and data-driven decision making as well as in commercial finance, credit and lending and has previously served as the treasurer of a local Montessori school.
Adam lives in Hillsborough with his wife, Rachel and their three boys, one of whom is a kindergartner at Eno River Academy. In his free time Adam enjoys cooking, reading historical biographies and golf.

Elliot Clark

Elliot is a new community board member to ERA with 22 years experience in the public sector of health care for individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use disorder needs. He specializes in the public managed care space as a Regional Director for a manage care organization, focusing on administration of Medicaid, state, and local funds for behavioral healthcare services. Much of this role includes close collaboration within school systems, social services, public healthcare, law enforcement, and local government. Elliot has also served in various boards advising state funding for childcare centers and local management of opioid settlement funding. He is a father to a 15 year old and 11 year old and husband to a wonderful wife and educator of 20 years.

Dr. Margaret Barr has been a part of the ERA family since 2019. She has two boys that are ERA graduates and doing well at NC State and Appalachian State Universities. She currently has a daughter who is a junior in high school. Professionally she is a veterinarian. Primarily she is a stay-at-home mom and that role is her greatest joy. As Margaret’s kids are heading out of the home, she is spending more time in volunteer opportunities within the community. She currently volunteers with a non-profit ministry Triangle Fellows in Durham and her local church, Grace Hill Church. She is also an avid marathon runner and loves anything outdoors, cycling, hiking, or walking.
Pamela Norcross

Pamela Norcross, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator in Child Development at Meredith College. Her research focuses on maternal depression during infancy and its effects on early parenting. Prior to her academic career, she worked at Duke Children's Hospital as a developmental support specialist in the neonatal intensive care unit and as a child life specialist. Dr. Norcross earned her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019. She holds certificates in Clinical Trials Research from Harvard Medical School and Public Health from Cornell University. She has expertise in early childhood development, education, parenting, developmental research, and grant writing. She previously served on the school board for The Raleigh School. A Charlotte native, she completed her undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University with a double major in Psychology and Child Development, followed by a master’s degree in Child Life and Family-Centered Care at Wheelock College of Human Development and Education at Boston University. Pamela currently resides in Carrboro. Her son attends ERA as an 11th grader, and her daughter graduated from ERA in 2023. She enjoys baking, reading, hiking, and traveling with her family.
Trish Blackmon

With over thirty-five years of experience in healthcare administration, Trish has enjoyed a diverse professional career that includes hospital administration, state and county level public health leadership and private consultation. As a consultant, she has written, received and managed over $20,000,000 in federal and state grants for local governments and school systems including School Safety and Rural Health funding, Family Drug Courts, and School-based Health and Prevention Programs. Trish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) and enjoys working with multidisciplinary groups to move collaboratively towards a common goal. She is the mother of two and grandmother of three and has always been involved in their school life. From volunteering in classrooms to serving on state and local committees and taskforces, Trish truly recognizes the importance of a supportive school community.
