Please note a $25k donation was received in early January from One8, an SGP affiliated group, and the intent is to use it to improve our cash reserves. It can not be used toward the SGP match challenge. |

Presentation of employee benefit renewal information from HR Knowledge. Discussion about increasing the employer premium contribution percentage to 60% for employee + child, employee + spouse, and family HMO plans (maintaining employee only plans as 75% employer premium contribution) with the option for employees to "buy up" for PPO plans.

Finance Committee requested a copy of the Capital Improvement Budget as drafted in Spring 2019. This budget was previously reviewed and discussed by the Finance Committee, but not vote on by the Board because the amounts were equal to or less than the amounts voted on in the prior fiscal period. |
