In Fall 2018 Insource replaced 2 internet switches and the 2 old ones need to be decommissioned and removed from the Asset Schedule. This will need to be presented at the next Board meeting for a vote and approval.

| B. | Springfield Prep Lease Credit Consideration | |
|
Springfield Prep has requested consideration of a reduction in the agreed upon rent for FY19 given their early departure. We covered the costs of the bathroom renovation and have not yet billed Springfield Prep as agreed upon in our lease ($8,851) . We are not planning to bill them for this expense and are considering reducing rent as we get closer to the end of the fiscal year and are certain we can cover the facility costs with operating funds (May/June).
