  • Some schools are moving to a model where students in tested subjects (ELA, Math, Science in 2019) have either additional prep or additional compensation.
    • Is this a good idea for Ceiba?
    • What would a Ceiba model look like?
  • As we complete science labs, more demands will be made on HS science teacher time
    • Should we offer all science every year (Bio through Physics)?
    • Should we move to a model in which we teach Bio and Chem for 2 years then Physics and Earth Science the other two years?
      • This allows more focus for teachers
      • Reduces prep time and improves actual lessons
