		Some schools are moving to a model where students in tested subjects (ELA, Math, Science in 2019) have either additional prep or additional compensation. Is this a good idea for Ceiba? What would a Ceiba model look like? As we complete science labs, more demands will be made on HS science teacher time Should we offer all science every year (Bio through Physics)? Should we move to a model in which we teach Bio and Chem for 2 years then Physics and Earth Science the other two years? This allows more focus for teachers Reduces prep time and improves actual lessons

		Tracks: Actions, Offenses, Days of the week, time of day, offenders, reporters Currently, it's only used for consequences/punishments. Do we want to use for positive reinforcements?
