L. Johnson called a meeting of the board of directors of GEO Academies EBR to order on Wednesday May 17, 2023 at 4:15 PM.

Notes to minutes:

  • Sarah Barlow and Brenna Lamb resigned from the board prior to the meeting.
  • As a quorum for this meeting was not met, no business was voted on.
