Call the Meeting to Order
L. Johnson called a meeting of the board of directors of GEO Academies EBR to order on Thursday Aug 29, 2019 at 8:30 AM.

Approve Minutes
N. Roberts made a motion to approve minutes from the June 2019 Meeting on 06-27-19 June 2019 Meeting on 06-27-19.
D. Slan seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Next Gen Principal, Aleshia Taylor, introduced several of the high school freshmen.

Patty McMurray, an attorney from Baker Daniels, provided the Board with Ethics and Board responsibilities training.
