Call the Meeting to Order
L. Johnson called a meeting of the board of directors of GEO Academies EBR to order on Wednesday Jun 27, 2018 at 6:00 PM.

King of France Financing
The Board discussed the financing options for the purchase of the new facility for the expansion of the GEO Prep Academy to the former "King of France" school on Sherwood Forrest Drive, with Board attorney Preston Castille. After much discussion, a vote was taken.
L. Fontenot made a motion to enter into the financing arrangements with Business First Bank and guarantee arrangements with GEO Foundation, as presented.
T. Wade seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

R. McGarner made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 p.m.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 PM.
