The Board will consider a policy to comply with Act 456, which requires LEAs to adopt a policy describing how parents or legal guardians of students in special education classrooms may request the installation of a camera in the classroom.

To protect employees' and students' rights to privacy, attendees are asked to refrain from making comments regarding individual students or employees. Concerns about individuals can be addressed to the Board through ISL's grievance process, detailed in the Family-Student Handbook.
