IV. Board Work

A.

Finance Review

Chastity led a discussion on RVLA finances for the month of December, including a discussion of the roll-off of RVLAs obligation of the lease related to Destiny Middle School.  She also led a discussion about the various service vendors for RVLA as it relates to one of the major line items in the budget and monthly financials. 

B.

Enrollment

Chastity led a discussion about current enrollment and the re-enrollment process for the 2021-2022 school year

C.

Hiring

Baionne led a discussion on the current open positions and the hiring process thus far.  She also discussed some of the fundraising and development results in the school year thus far.
