Call the Meeting to Order

J. Hailey called a meeting to order on Wednesday Sep 16, 2020 at 2:02 PM.

II. Green Dot Separation Agreement

A.

Separation Agreement Enactment

Baionne led a discussion of the status of our separation with Green Dot Public Schools. 
V. Hsu made a motion to Draft a Separation Agreement from GDPS.
M. MASON seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 2:35 PM.
