Chad Humphrey
Board Chair
Currently, Mr. Humphrey is the Manager, Facility Maintenance for Valero Energy in San Antonio, Texas where he has worked since 2021. Previously, Chad spent 12 years as a Civilian Director of the 637th Training Support Squadron as part of the Defense Language Institute English Language Center at Lackland, AFB. He is a Marine Corps veteran having retired from the USMC Reserves in 2022 as Lieutenant Colonel after 30 years of service. Mr. Humphrey received a double Bachelor of Arts from Oregon State University, a Masters from Air University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science from University of Texas San Antonio. Chad is an appointed Director on the board of the IFMA - San Antonio Chapter and a member of the Military Affairs Committee for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
Alex Melo

Alex is the Sr. Tenant Relations Manager with the Brooks Development Authority, where he has been since 2021. Previously, Alex spent twelve years with the San Antonio Spurs front office. He is also a small business owner and a U.S. Army veteran. Active in the community, Alex serves as a board member for the San Antonio River Foundation, participates in advisory committees for numerous schools and colleges, acts as an Ambassador for Brooks Gives Back, and is an Honorary Commander for the US Air Force 433rd Airlift Squadron. Education: M.S. Management and Leadership, B.S. Business Management, A.A.S. Electronic Technology.

Larry Davis is a seasoned senior executive with over 26 years of experience in the specialty and fine ingredients distribution market. Most recently, he served as the President of Health & Nutrition for Brenntag Americas, where he led the division to significant growth and strategic success. Larry's expertise spans P&L management, market analysis, and strategic development, making him a key figure in driving innovation and operational excellence. Larry brings a wealth of leadership experience, focusing on creating long-term value and guiding organizations through complex business challenges.
Michelle Lewis

Michelle Lewis is a Real Estate Broker with over 27 years of experience. She is a third generation professional Realtor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management and an additional degree in Business Finance, Real Estate & Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is an active community leader and encourages education and community involvement thru numerous youth organizations. She has been awarded the 2019 Community Service Award by her peers.
When she is away from work and volunteering commitments she competes in showing horses, rodeo events and USTA tennis competitions.
