Kevin Cox reported that fieldwork as not started yet but information requests are being received. No concerns on ability to meet reporting deadline.

Discussion of Dr. Clark's Maternity Leave
Discussion around splitting the salary savings from Dr. Clark’s salary on extended leave among interim replacements.
Kevin Cox of 4th Sector presented fiscal year end 2024 financials through September 2023. Net income forecasted to be 1.5m due to increased funding outpacing corresponding expense increases.
