Call the Meeting to Order
N. Olisma called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Ivy Hill Prep Charter School to order on Tuesday Nov 8, 2022 at 1:15 PM.
II. Governance

Upcoming NYSED Visit
- No Board focus group required.
- Family focus group will occur instead.
- HOS will share agenda for visit.
- Board to lean in to provide notes of encouragement to the LT team. Board will also split attendance between NYSED visit day and upcoming Potluck

Compliance/Reporting

Staff Handbook
- Trustees to vote on updated version with PTO payout change at next full board meeting.

Committee Goal Work/Action Plan
- October's cancelled board meeting will be made up on Feb. 6th.
- Due to the Winter Break, December's board meeting will be moved up to Monday, Dec. 12th.
- Board Member Agreement template is now finalized.
- Continual recruitment efforts needed t build Board roster.
