Overall View to build a conservative budget given the current financial picture.
  • remove 70k for financial management, it will be replaced by salary for in house  Finance director
  •  remove erate consultant 6k – Are we sure we agreed to do this.
  • remove stipends 20,500
  • reduce student incentives to 5K 
  •  review special events no specific cut is proposed
