BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING INFORMATION:
The Marysville School District Board of Directors meets at the district's Service Center/Board Room, located at 4220 80th Street NE, Marysville, WA 98270. The Board meetings begin at 6:00 p.m., and are typically on the first and third Mondays of each month, with some exceptions due to holidays and school breaks.
The Marysville School District Board of Directors' work study sessions will be scheduled (as needed) and will be held before the regular session meeting.
Note: Board work-study sessions, retreats, or special meetings are scheduled as needed by the Board and the Superintendent in accordance with the Public Meetings Act.

PUBLIC COMMENT PROTOCOL:
The Board, Superintendent, or district personnel do not engage in open discussion during public comment. Questions or comments may be referred to the Superintendent for follow-up if needed or requested.
- Written public comments can be submitted HERE. Comments submitted are shared with the Superintendent and the Board of Directors.
- To address the Board of Directors via ZOOM, sign up HERE no later than three (3) hours prior to the start of the meeting.
- To address the Board of Directors in person, please sign up using the form provided on the clipboard located at the entrance.
- Per Policy 1430, the Board requires that those addressing the Board be residents or employees of the district, or the representative of such residents or employees, parents or guardians of students enrolled in district schools, or employees of businesses located within the district. Speakers are asked to present their name and the city where they reside when making public comments in person or remotely.
Time:
- Each individual has up to 3 minutes. Individuals wishing to combine their time must sign in on the speaker's clipboard. To combine time, parties must be present. A maximum of two people can combine their allotted time for a total of 6 minutes. The maximum time allotted for Public Comment per agenda is 30 minutes.
In the interest of time, order, and respect for others:
- Complaints or charges about employees are not permissible during public comment. These issues are to be addressed to the Superintendent in writing.
