1. 3rd grade - had no students circled 
2. 2nd grade - Amplify doesn’t give sufficient activities that are aligned with iReady
3. Adding more read alouds, which can be supplemented with ReadWorks articles
   1. Focus on grammar, vocab and phonics skills
   2. Will also give more at-bats with fiction
4. Deb asked how we can leverage what 3rd grade teachers are doing in terms of analyzing their data and inform their teaching
   1. ELA teacher is a partner teacher - she is good at looking at data; she’s taken what Paloma has coached and applied; analyzes which questions they should have gotten right to address with students
5. Test prep - have been using the 4-square method
6. DTLs have also addressed the misalignment with some of the iReady scores and how they do in the classroom (with some of the classrooms)

Olawa -

1. Partner teacher who went to upper grade math teacher → we’ll leverage how she is analyzing data and how this impacts IP work; how to address misconceptions; structure and chunking of tasks/activities; how to take notes
2. Thinking Jobs - by genre to use the 4-square method

1. 1st grade - strong instruction, engaging but this doesn’t show on the iReady assessments; HFW - new strategies and introduce sooner than the skills unit; we can create our own assessment and check these with more consistency; 1st unit - environmental sounds is way too long
2. K-2 readers - are there other ways we can collect data on their reading than just iReady assessments; use more progress monitoring from mclass 
3. Quick Reads - 1 teacher was trained; we’ll figure out how to train more staff members to provide this fluency practice

Testing - how can we teach kids how to pace themselves to avoid testing fatigue
