Most classified staff categories are receiving a permanent increase of 6.08% and $1.75/hour. Others are just receiving $1.75/hour. The $1.75 is helping to address the Los Angeles minimum wage increases that will be occuring over the next three years from $9 to $12/hour. Increases will go to $15/hour by 2020 with COLA adjusmtments thereafter. For those categories receiving 6.08% and $1.75/hour, increases range from 12 to 21%. |
