Call the Meeting to Order
W. Yip called a meeting of the board of directors of Forte Preparatory Academy to order on Wednesday Mar 20, 2024 at 6:44 PM.

K. Mullen made a motion to approve the minutes from Forte Prep Board Meeting on 02-15-24.
C. Padula seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

- Facilities - all designs for the high school has been submitted to DOB on 3/17
- SUNY visited and filmed on campus on 3/19
- Tiger Foundation and Yass opened up for applications
- reminder for board to post on LinkedIn about open high school position
