Farewells: we bid farewell & thank you to founding Board member & Secretary Alexie Rothman, who has stepped down after 8 years of service.
New Board prospects: Laura & Wai Lin shared their progress cultivating 1-2 new Board members. Fiona has met or will meet in person with both prospects to discuss Board opportunities & commitments/responsibilities. Board prospects will be invited to join the Sept monthly Board mtg. The Board will formally vote to extend an offer of Board membership during its September (Executive session).
