Call the Meeting to Order
F. Lin called a meeting of the board of directors of Forte Preparatory Academy to order on Wednesday Jun 21, 2023 at 6:47 PM.

Approve Minutes
F. Lin made a motion to approve the minutes from April and May 2023 Board meetings Forte Prep Board Meeting on 05-17-23.
C. Padula seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

F. Lin made a motion to Approve Forte Prep's FY 24 budget.
E. Winn seconded the motion.

III. Other Business - Executive Director update
A.
COVID-19 Reopening Plan/Return to Instruction Plan
Board welcomed new COO Dawn Antoine-Forbes, who started at Forte Prep at beginning of June.
Executive Director updated Board on recent end-of-year school activities including class trips (DC; Boston) & upcoming graduation. Executive Director shared updates on High School launch activities including renovation work underway at the temporary (Glendale) campus & student enrollment and staff hiring updates.
