- We are in a good spot on raffle items
- Run of show will be out by Monday- please sign up

General Update
- Great showing at the DOE hearing. Strong support and no dissenters
- Strong HS principal pool
- Reviewed reporting structure. Graham will serve as CEO
- Pi Capital updates COO and CDO, in additional to founding HS leaders, will get posted January
- Board chair, Finance chair and Graham to meet in the beginning of year to discuss salary for all C-level staff

The audit noted a discrepancy in Ed Tech’s control. Ed Tech provided a strong internal control action plan.
