Call the Meeting to Order
J. Cordero called a meeting of the board of directors of Forte Preparatory Academy to order on Wednesday Sep 23, 2026 at 6:10 PM.

Approve Minutes
M. Dymond made a motion to approve the minutes from Board Meeting on 08-03-26.
K. Mullen seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Ribbon Cutting update
The Ribbon Cutting Event was a successful, well-attended event.
FP is planning to build on capital campaign with roundtable events for potential funders.

The goal is to recruit more board members by the end of this year.

SUNY Renewal meeting
There is a SUNY Renewal Board Meeting next week as part of SUNY's standard renewal review process.
