Latoya Bell is a proud Pontiac native—born, raised, and deeply rooted in the community. She serves as the Founder and Operator of a successful small business, which she built from the ground up through active community engagement and networking. With over 30 years of workforce experience and a degree in Paralegal Studies, Latoya brings a strong blend of practical knowledge, legal understanding, and entrepreneurial insight to the Learn4Life Pontiac Board of Directors.
As the mother of two sons—one a recent graduate of Learn4Life and the other currently enrolled—Latoya has a firsthand, heartfelt understanding of the school's impact on students and families. She joined the board to help shape a future where students have clear, meaningful pathways to success, particularly through trades-oriented curriculum and entrepreneurship. Latoya is committed to empowering every student to build a career and a future on their own terms.
