Call the Meeting to Order
P. Schreiber called a meeting of the board of trustees of Literacy First Charter Schools to order on Saturday Sep 24, 2022 at 10:45 AM.

J. Lewis made a motion to Approve the agenda.
K. Evans seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Swear in new board members

LFCS Past, Present, Future
Debbie Beyer gave the board a history of LFCS, discussed the current status of the school, and described future goals and challenges.

Board Orientation
Procedures of board meetings and the roles, duties, and responsibilities of board members were discussed.
III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting
M. Simone made a motion to Adjourn the meeting.
B. Johnson seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 12:23 PM.
