Hyphn Furniture Purchase Order
A. Mason made a motion to pass.
T. Foster seconded the motion.
Overview:
The upcoming furniture costs will be slightly higher this year as it is the final year of purchasing furniture. These pieces are designed to support us for the next four years as we expand to full 9-12 grades. After evaluating various options, we selected the most economical and versatile furniture. The chosen desks are foldable, allowing for flexible space usage within the building.
Financial Details:
- Funding Sources:
- $75,000 from CSP funds.
- An additional $5,000 allocated in the budget for furniture.
- The remaining $25,000 will be sourced primarily from CSP funds, as advised by our finance team, with minimal impact on operational funds.
