Ach’ Sheila Davis, a proud tribal member of the Orutsararmiut Native Council and shareholder of Calista Corporation, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Fire Circle Consulting. A community builder, change agent, and Indigenous advocate, she brings deep experience in community development, organizational leadership, and culturally responsive program design.
Grounded in her Yup’ik heritage, Ach’ is committed to bridging cultures, empowering communities, and advancing equity-driven strategies that create lasting impact. Through Fire Circle, she partners with organizations to foster inclusive leadership, strengthen collaboration, and inspire systemic change.
