II. BOARD DISCUSSION ITEMS

BOARD PRESIDENT REPORT / STRATEGIC DISCUSSION ITEMS & UPDATES:
- There was a presentation from Ms. Taina Knox on how the RSV board should be approaching the RSF agreement in the future.
- The proposal was made to create three distinct sub-committees of the board:
a) Charter Accountability
b) Hiring Committee
c) Finance & Budget Committee
Those sub-committees (along with the Committee of the Whole) will then provide the oversight of RSF and the delivery of the agreed upon services.
