T. Martin made a motion to accept Steven Carney as a founding Rooted School Vancouver board member.
J. Johnson seconded the motion.

Mitch Price spoke to the RSV board members regarding the requirements of the financial disclosure requirements for all board members.
Mr. Price presented the history of the requirement as well as offering some support for how to complete the form and possible exceptions to portions of the regulation.
III. Finance & Operations Update

Mr. Bill Kiolbasa presented the financial report
T. Martin made a motion to accept the financial report from Mr. Kiolbasa of Joule Growth Partners.

Mr. Johnson presented an update on the Rooted School Vancouver school leader (principal) search. Mr. Johnson explained the process and discussed next steps.
Board Chairman, Toby Martin, provided a brief facilities update possible school locations as well as a possible satellite office location to serve in the interim.
Mr. Johnson acknowledged receipt of the 1.5 million dollar start-up CSP grant for Rooted School Vancouver.
Rooted School Vancouver now has status as a 501c3
