Motion:  The motion was made to call the meeting to order.

This meeting was called to order at  4:02 PM PST by Mr. Toby Martin, Board Chairperson (or Board designee)

Motion: The motion was made to approve the minutes of the June 22, 2022 meeting.

Submission of Rooted School - Vancouver Bylaws (attached).

Jonathan Johnson will present an update on the status of the Rooted School Foundation.

  A. JGP Budget Overview & Approval of 2022 - 2023 Operational Budget
   

MOTION: The motion was made to approve the school year 2022 - 2023 operational budget as presented by Corey Baron (JGP) and Steve Careny, Executive Director.
  B. Approval of the Assistant Principal of Operations & Career and Technical Education Job Description & Position
   

MOTION: The motion was made to approve the job description and position of Assistant Principal of Operations and Career and Technical Education.

 
  C. Approval of the Director of Operations Consultant Contract
   

MOTION: The motion was made to approve the contract for Director of Operations Consultant not to exceed $15,000.
