Tamara Houston - Chairman
Has a background in Elementary Education and Marketing.  Ms. Houston has M.S Ed. from University of New Haven and a B.A from Michigan State University

Jim Killoran – Treasurer
President of The Fuller Center of Housing of Greater New York.  Mr. Killoran also serves as the treasurer for the Yonkers Charter School of Educational Excellence. Mr. Killoran has a B.A. from St Joseph’s College, a M.Div. from Seton Hall University and an honorary Doctorate degree from St Joseph’s College of Maine. Mr. Killoran believes every student deserves an excellent education.

Gene Johnson – Vice Chairman
Head of Culture at the Equality Charter High School located in the Bronx, NY.  He previously served as the Title I Coordinator and RTI Coordinator at the Amani Public Charter School.  Mr. Johnson is Chairman of the Mayors African American Advisory Board for the City of Yonkers. Mr. Johnson has a M.S Ed and a B.A from Central Connecticut University.  

Stephanie E. Edward – Secretary
Post-secondary Pathways Director for East Side House Settlement, a community-based social service organization that recognizes education as a gateway out of poverty for children and families. Ms. Edwards has a M.S Ed. from Lehman College and a B.A from

Patrick Smith
Vice President and Relationship Manager for Orange Bank and Trust Company in Mt. Vernon, NY. He is a member and Director for the Pelham Civics Organization and a member of the Mt. Vernon Kiwanis and the Mt. Vernon Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Smith has a M.S in Banking and Finance and a B.A from Fordham University.
