Be it resolved that the Board of Directors of Amani Public Charter School with offices at 60 S. Third Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY, hereby authorizes Bruce Tanner to execute and deliver the Westchester County Department of Health, for and on behalf of said corporation, and application for a permit to operate a Institutional Food Service to execute and deliver any and all additional documents which may be appropriate or desirable in connection therewith. |
