J. Zepeda called a meeting of the board of directors of Ogden Preparatory Academy to order on Thursday Oct 29, 2026 at 2:35 PM.

A.
Elementary Walk in Cooler Repair
S. Zwygart made a motion to approve the cooler fix.
S. Mejeur seconded the motion.
Elem walk-in cooler broke down.
- Asked for multiple vendors, and Jensen responded. Discussed the procurement form.
B.
ELLevation Renewal
S. Zwygart made a motion to approve $15,480.00 for ELLevation Renewal.
S. Mejeur seconded the motion.
ELLevation renewal for the new year.
C.
LEA License Requests
S. Zwygart made a motion to approve the temporary licenses.
S. Mejeur seconded the motion.
Discussed those teachers who need the LEA licenses for this year.
