Call the Meeting to Order

D. Wade called a meeting of the CEO Support And Eval Committee of Invictus Nashville Charter School to order on Tuesday Aug 27, 2024 at 1:11 PM.

Approve Minutes

D. Wade made a motion to approve the minutes from Introduction - CEO Support & Eval on 07-26-24.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. CEO Support And Eval

A.

CEO Support & Eval Process Discussion

  • Shared Leadership Competencies
    • Develop a survey that allows them to score me on them. 
    • Add commentary that is short 
  • It will give insight for the board.  (360 degree evaluation)

Dawana will edit survey, Dr. J will edit competencies. 

 

Board Review of Updates for September meeting. 

 

The goals will be to finalize a bonus structure for a vote in October and being a run through of the evaluation.

Looking for additional committee.

Recurring the third Wed of every month at 9:30am.
