By-Laws
The Governance Committee will review various other organization's Bylaws against Invictus By-Laws and submit final recommendations to Dr. Jones by Thursday, 7/25.
She will then edit and provide final edits and share to the entire board by August 1st.
The Governance Committee will present at the next board meeting on August 8th for discussion and vote.

Board Recruitment Process
What is our process for voting board members and non-voting committee members?
The Governance Committee will investigate best practices and processes for Non-Voting Committee Members and voting board members. Dr. Jones will create a document for Governance Committee members to review and make recommendations by 7/29.
The Governance Committee will present draft of final recommendations to the entire board at the next board meeting on August 8th.

Adjourn Meeting
Standard practice for committee meetings should be to meet the week after a board meeting. The Governance Committee will meet again on Thursday, August 15th at 6PM CST.
