FREEMAN SCHOOL DISTRICT Board / Superintendent Goals 2026–2027

A focused system for Board and Superintendent leadership, aligned to district-wide priorities and centered on student success.

One System — TK–12 Alignment Create greater coherence and consistency across Freeman by aligning systems, expectations, practices, and student experiences TK–12. 

One Community — Belonging & Relationships Strengthening a culture where students, staff, families, and community members feel valued, connected, respected, and part of One Freeman. 

Every Student — MTSS & Student Success Strengthen a comprehensive TK–12 system of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports so every student has what they need to thrive. 

Strong Leadership — Governance & Stewardship Maintain an effective Board/Superintendent partnership characterized by trust, transparency, clear roles, responsible stewardship, and a shared focus on student success. 

These goals align with the 2026-27 district priorities and the Freeman School District Strategic Plan to guide the Board/Superintendent partnership and support my midyear and year-end evaluation.
