The Board of Trustees of Health Sciences High and Middle College conducts its meetings in accordance with applicable California open-meeting laws, including the Ralph M. Brown Act.

Board Meeting Agendas are posted in accordance with applicable California open-meeting requirements. The agenda for a regular meeting will be posted at least 72 hours before the meeting. For each meeting, please see the date specific meeting links below for:

• Public comment information
• Meeting minutes, when available

Public Comment - Members of the public may address the Board of Trustees regarding matters within the Board's subject-matter jurisdiction, subject to applicable Board policies and meeting procedures. Information regarding how to submit written public comment and how to provide public comment during a meeting is provided in the applicable meeting agenda. Public comment may be subject to reasonable time limits established by the Board.

Accessibility and Accommodations - Individuals who require a disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services, to participate in a Board meeting should contact: Dr. Oscar Corrigan at ocorrigan@hshmc.org or 619-528-9070. Requests should be made as early as possible before the meeting to allow HSHMC sufficient time to arrange the requested accommodation. Agendas are available in alternative formats upon request, as required by applicable law.

Special meetings and emergency meetings, when called, will be posted in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
