P. Flinch called a meeting of the Operations Committee of The Meliora School to order on Saturday May 2, 2026 at 8:02 AM.

Review and Finalize Personnel Policies
- Equal Opportunity & Non-Discrimination - reviewed and recommended for approval
- Contracts, Employment Categories and Compensation - reviewed and recommended for approval
- Health & Safety Policy - reviewed and recommended for approval. Note: review Health & Wellness next time and add note to include staff.
- Volunteer Eligibility and Training Policy - need further discussion on volunteer background checks. Suggestion to ask for minimum hours expected. Polly to add to agenda for Board Meeting.
