V. Truancy Process Development: Appointment of District Attendance Officer
 

The Board will need to vote to appoint an Attendance Officer for the district who would serve as the primary for any truancy related processes. We are recommending that the Superintendent of Schools, Ms. Colarusso, represents the district in any truancy-related issues with the ability to delegate to the School Principal/Director of the school that the scholar attends should scheduling conflicts present.

 
VI. High School Facility Project Requests for Proposals: Consideration of Drafts/Release 10:15 AM

The School Building Authority (SBA) requires that districts follow the procurement process to vet and approve a construction manager for all SBA applications and projects. This agenda item requests that the Board review and approve to release the Construction Manager RFP in March 2025.

The School Building Authority (SBA) requires that districts follow the procurement process to vet and approve an architect for all SBA applications and projects. This agenda item requests that the Board review and approve to release the Architect RFP in March 2025.
