Call the Meeting to Order

L. Savino called a meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee of MOT Charter School to order on Monday May 15, 2023 at 6:10 PM.

Approve Minutes

L. Savino made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance & Operations Committee Meeting on 03-13-23.
S. Sullivan seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Finance

A.

Review JP Morgan Statements

The statements were reviewed an no issues or concerns were discovered. 

B.

Review WSFS Accounts

The statements were reviewed an no issues or concerns were discovered. 

C.

Review Monthly Board Financials

Rachel Dallas reviewed the financials as indicated by the documents included.

III. Other Business

A.

Review and discussion of proposed budget for 23-24 Academic Year

Ned Southworth reviewed the proposed budget for 23-24 Academic Year.  Ned talked about the salary increased indicated by the Governor.  He discussed how the change to provide the salary increase implemented in September versus currently in January.  Ned talked about creating a performance bond for the work being done on the roof for the K-8 building.  Recommendation for the committee to present this budget to the full board meeting.

S. Sullivan made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
L. Savino seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:07 PM.
