Call the Meeting to Order
D. Watlington called a meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee of MOT Charter School to order on Wednesday Nov 30, 2022 at 6:07 PM.

Approve Minutes
D. Watlington made a motion to approve the minutes from Citizen's Budget Oversight Committee Meeting on 09-21-22.
J. Taylor seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Review JP Morgan Statements

Review WSFS Accounts
The WSFS transactions were reviewed, and no issues or concerns were discovered.
C.
Review Monthly Board Financials
Rachael Dallas reviewed the information in the documents presented in the meeting minutes. It was noted that the utilities have significantly increased recently.
III. Other Business
A.
Review of Financial Statements
Rachael Dallas reviewed the information from the State Audit.
IV. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting
D. Watlington made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
J. Taylor seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:35 PM.
