Objective: Assist the CEO in assessing the need for a new Chief Schools Officer (CSO) to support strategic priorities and network leadership capacity.

  • Evaluate the current leadership structure and its alignment with the network’s strategic goals and priorities.
  • Provide insights on the potential impact of hiring a CSO on academic outcomes, principal support, and leadership stability.

  • What are the immediate and long-term benefits of hiring a CSO versus reallocating responsibilities within the current leadership team?
