The focus on instructional practice this year is making positive gains. These practices include student pair share and using Zearn with fidelity across grade levels. One goal is 80% of teachers implementing high-quality instruction by June 2025- current metrics are 84%. One potential goal for next year is creating professional learning communities focused on math. Overall, the school is still struggling to increase growth in math and reading levels on NWEA Map testing. However, 1st and 4th grade is above target for reading, and 4th and 6-8th grades have met their math goals this year.
